Payment Methods
When ordering by telephone, we accept Visa, Master Card,
Money Orders and Personal Checks. Please be advised that if you pay by personal check, your order will not ship until the check clears.

Shipping Rates
The total amount of your order will determine your shipping rate. All orders ship via USPS Ground unless rush delivery is requested over the telephone.


The following rates apply to U.S. orders only, ground shipping.


From $0.01 to $49.99 - $7.99 shipping

From $50.00 to $99.99 - $12.99 shipping

From $100 to $199.99 - $16.99 shipping

From $200 and up - $19.99 shipping

For express shipping, you must place your order over the telephone.

Sorry, we are NOT responsible for any lost items shipped outside the USA. Shipped by us or any of our outside 2nd party drop shippers.


Back-Ordered Items
Most items are currently in stock and ship within 2 business days. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks delivery time for any out-of-stock items.

Returns and Exchanges
All mail order items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition for an exchange or store credit only. We do not reimburse shipping fees, unless there was a mistake on our part. If you would like to exchange your item, please include the return form, with the way you would like to pay for the exchanged item to be shipped. We cannot take back custom or personalized items unless there is a workmanship defect.

All sale and perishable items are final.Beds and Carriers are not returnable.
